Read this. Seriously.

Standard terms of service, written so a human can read them. The plain-English summary at the top of each section is the intent. The formal text below is the contract.

1. The deal

Killbot Cash ("we", "us") provides copy-trading software, public research, and optional professional mandate tooling. Retail copying is executed through Binance Copy Trading. Professional mandate execution may place orders on cryptocurrency exchanges via trade-only API keys you supply. You ("the User") agree to these terms by using the site, copying the lead profile, or entering a mandate relationship.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source from the Software
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Software
  • Use the Software for market manipulation

5. Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the User in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Software. Public posts on this site (blog) are licensed CC-BY-4.0 with attribution to "Killbot Cash".

7. Termination

Retail users may stop copying from Binance Copy Trading. Mandate clients may terminate according to their signed mandate terms. Upon termination we delete account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
