Common questions from fund managers.

Do you ever have access to my funds?

No. You provide trade-only API keys — read market data and place/cancel orders. Withdraw and transfer permissions are impossible at the exchange API level. We cannot move funds under any circumstances.

Which exchanges are supported for mandates?

Binance Futures (primary) and OKX Futures (institutional tier). Additional exchanges available on request for Growth and Institutional mandates.

How is the performance fee calculated?

High-water mark model. Fee is charged monthly on realized net profits above the previous high-water mark. No fee during drawdown recovery. No upfront, no monthly platform fee.

What happens if the system goes down?

Dual execution nodes (Tokyo primary, Singapore standby) with automatic <5s failover. Open positions are not affected by node switches. Kill-switch closes all positions in <2s and halts signal ingestion.

Can I impose custom position limits?

Yes. We configure per-symbol notional caps, daily loss ceiling, maximum concurrent positions, and leverage limits per your mandate before going live. These are hard rules, not advisory.

Is there a minimum AUM?

Starter mandates begin at $10K AUM. For institutional pricing and custom terms, reach out via the booking form — we work with any capital size that fits the strategy capacity.

How do I verify the track record is real?

The Killbot_cash Binance Copy Trading leader profile is public. All historical trades are verifiable on-chain. Daily PnL reports are published at killbot.cash/blog and cross-reference with the Binance API.
